Why the eight pointed star?
The eight pointed star is the symbol of the Eureka Rebellion that occurred on the 3rd of December 1854 in Ballarat. The Eureka oath, "We swear by the Southern Cross to stand truly by each other and fight to defend our rights and liberties" best encapsulates what we as a political party stand for. It is the symbol we will be using to identify us as a political party and movement
